In this dynamic and playful workshop, we'll generate new drafts for poems and flash prose by means of innovative and unusual prompts and exercises such as word games, collaborations, and other imaginative techniques.

We will also read and discuss poems by contemporary writers such as Tracy K. Smith, Kim Hyesoon, Victoria Chang, and other trailblazing poets producing and publishing exciting work.

This daring, edgy, and fun class is ideal for both beginning and experienced writers hoping to discover new ways to write and revise poems.
